Shipping and Delivery Policy

By confirming an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms described in this document. 

Shipping Locations 

We currently ship to every active pin code within India. At the moment, international delivery is not included in our service coverage. 

Processing Time 

Orders are usually prepared for dispatch within 1–2 working days (excluding public holidays and weekends) from the date your order is officially verified. 

After your order has been processed, a confirmation email will be sent to you containing the complete order details. 

Delivery Timeline 

Our regular delivery process generally takes around 3–8 business days, ensuring you receive your style selections without unnecessary delay. 

Failed Delivery Attempts 

If a delivery cannot be completed because of an incorrect shipping address, the recipient not being present, or refusal to collect the parcel, the shipment will be returned to our storage facility. Users may request a new delivery attempt. 

Damaged or Lost Shipments 

If your parcel reaches you in damaged condition, get in touch with our support team within 48 hours of receipt and include photographs as proof. 

If a package goes missing during transit, we will arrange a replacement or provide a refund after we confirm the matter with the courier service.
