Order Cancellation Before Shipment
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before the shipment has been dispatched, whichever happens first.

If your order qualifies for cancellation, a complete refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Orders Already Shipped
Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, cancellation is no longer possible. However, after delivery, you may return the product in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Order Modification
Currently, we are unable to modify items, delivery address, or other order details once the purchase has been completed. If you want to make changes, you must cancel the order (if eligible) and place a new one afterward.
